Create PDF from Image Files and Resize PDF to Standard Page Size

First convert image files to PDF with command:

convert first-page.jpg second-page.jpg so-on.jpg  output.pdf

Then resize PDF to standard size with command:

pdfjam --outfile output-resized.pdf  --paper a4paper output.pdf
